Refund & Cancellation Policy

Important Policy Notice: 15% Refund Cap

Vardhman Finance operates as a specialized service provider. Due to the immediate costs incurred upon service initiation (including third-party verifications, API charges, and administrative processing), we offer a maximum refund of 15% of the total amount paid. The company retains 85% of the fee to cover operational and service delivery costs.

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following 50 terms and conditions regarding refunds and cancellations:

A. General Policy Scope

  1. Service Nature: Our services are intangible and digital in nature, deemed "consumed" immediately upon initiation.
  2. 15% Limit: Under no circumstance shall a refund exceed 15% of the transaction value.
  3. Retention Fee: The company explicitly retains 85% of any payment as a cancellation/service fee.
  4. Acceptance: Payment of any fee constitutes full acceptance of this Refund Policy.
  5. No Waiver: Failure to enforce any clause does not constitute a waiver of rights.
  6. Modifications: We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
  7. Binding Agreement: This policy forms a binding legal agreement between the user and Vardhman Finance.
  8. Platform Scope: This policy applies to website, mobile app, and offline transactions equally.
  9. User Responsibility: It is the user's responsibility to read and understand this policy before paying.
  10. Currency: Refunds are processed in INR only, regardless of the payment source currency.

B. Deductions & Costs

  1. Admin Costs: A significant portion of fees covers administrative workforce and manual processing.
  2. API Charges: Third-party API calls (PAN, Aadhaar, CIBIL) are billed to us instantly and are non-refundable.
  3. Server Costs: Data storage, security encryption, and server maintenance fees are deducted.
  4. Gateway Fees: Payment gateway processing charges (MDR) are non-refundable.
  5. Taxes: GST and other government levies paid are strictly non-refundable.
  6. Verification Fees: Costs associated with document verification and fraud checks are deducted.
  7. Legal Compliance: Costs for regulatory compliance checks are part of the retained 85%.
  8. Telecom Charges: SMS and email gateway charges for notifications are non-refundable.
  9. Director Review: Fees covering senior management review time are non-refundable.
  10. Banking Fees: Any bank charges for refund processing will be deducted from the 15% refundable amount.

C. Eligibility & Timeframes

  1. 24-Hour Window: Refund requests must be raised within 24 hours of the transaction.
  2. Written Request: Requests must be sent formally via email to our support desk.
  3. No Auto-Refunds: There are no automatic refunds; every case is reviewed manually.
  4. Unused Service: Refunds (15%) are only considered if the service has not been fully delivered.
  5. Processing Time: Approved refunds may take 45-60 business days to process.
  6. Documentation: Users must provide proof of payment and ID proof to claim a refund.
  7. Same Source: Refunds are only issued to the original payment source/method.
  8. Active Account: The user account must be active and not suspended to be eligible.
  9. One-Time Claim: Only one refund claim is permitted per customer lifetime.
  10. Status Check: Users cannot claim a refund if the loan/service status is "Approved" or "In Progress".

D. Non-Refundable Scenarios

  1. Incorrect Data: No refund if the service failed due to incorrect information provided by the user.
  2. Ineligibility: No refund if the user is found ineligible for a loan after credit assessment.
  3. Document Failure: No refund if uploaded documents are blurry, fake, or unverifiable.
  4. Change of Mind: "Change of mind" is not a valid ground for a full refund.
  5. Partial Usage: Accessing any part of the dashboard or report constitutes service usage.
  6. Offer Expiry: No refunds on expired offers or time-limited discounts.
  7. Bundled Services: Individual components of a bundled package cannot be refunded separately.
  8. Promo Codes: Transactions made using promo codes or discounts are non-refundable.
  9. Technical Glitches: User-side technical issues (internet failure, device issues) do not warrant a refund.
  10. Third-Party Delays: Delays caused by banks or government portals are not grounds for refund.

E. Legal & Disclaimers

  1. Discretion: The company holds sole discretion to approve or reject any refund request.
  2. Disputes: Raising a chargeback or dispute with the bank voids all refund eligibility immediately.
  3. Fraud: Any attempt at fraud or manipulation will result in forfeiture of funds and legal action.
  4. Force Majeure: No refunds for service failure due to natural disasters, acts of God, or strikes.
  5. Liability Limit: Our liability is strictly limited to 15% of the transaction value.
  6. Indemnification: The user agrees to indemnify the company against claims arising from refund disputes.
  7. Communication: Verbal promises by agents do not override this written policy.
  8. Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the remaining 49 provisions remain in effect.
  9. Governing Law: This policy is governed by the laws of India.
  10. Jurisdiction: All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Noida/Delhi.
