Vardhman Finance works with property owners and developers to structure LRD deals that maximize the loan amount based on the tenant's creditworthiness and lease terms. The loan is repaid directly from the rent deposited by the tenant into an escrow account.

Does the tenant need to be involved?

Yes, the tenant will be instructed to deposit rent into an Escrow account managed by the lender. They may need to sign a confirmation.

What happens if the tenant vacates?

If the tenant vacates, you are given a period (usually 3-6 months) to find a new tenant. During this time, you must service the EMI from your own sources.

Can I get LRD on future rent?

Yes, LRD is specifically designed to give you a loan today against the rent you will receive in the future over the lease tenure.
